HookOrbit ("nosotros", operado por Christopher Allan Morales, Colorado, Estados Unidos) invita a algunos creadores a recomendar HookOrbit a su audiencia a cambio de una comisión por cada suscripción pagada que traigan. El programa es solo por invitación: participas únicamente si nosotros activamos tu cuenta. Al pulsar "Acepto" en tu panel de afiliado aceptas estos Términos; si no estás de acuerdo, no uses tu enlace.
Te damos un enlace único (gethookorbit.com/r/TUCÓDIGO; el formato gethookorbit.com/?ref=TUCÓDIGO también funciona y es el mismo enlace). Cuando alguien lo abre, guardamos una cookie en su navegador durante 30 días. Si esa persona crea una cuenta en HookOrbit dentro de esos 30 días, queda registrada como tu referida de forma permanente. Si abrió enlaces de varios afiliados, cuenta el último. Una cuenta que ya existía antes del clic no puede ser tu referida.
Hay dos niveles de comisión: estándar y socio fundador. Tu nivel aparece en tu panel. En los dos cobras por cada pago de una suscripción que haga un referido tuyo (hoy, el plan Pro; también el plan Premium cuando lo lancemos; mensual o anual), incluidas las renovaciones, mientras siga pagando. Las compras únicas no generan comisión, aunque las haga un referido tuyo: por ejemplo, los paquetes de clips de video o cualquier otro crédito que se compre suelto, fuera de una suscripción.
Nivel estándar. Ganas el 12,5 % de lo que paga cada suscriptor, impuestos incluidos, en dólares estadounidenses y redondeado a centavos, por cada pago mensual o anual. Si el suscriptor paga en otra moneda (por ejemplo, en euros), el 12,5 % se calcula sobre el importe que Stripe convierte a dólares en el momento del pago. Si un referido pasa de mensual a anual, o de un plan de suscripción a otro (por ejemplo, de Pro a Premium), y paga una diferencia prorrateada, ganas el 12,5 % de esa diferencia. El importe exacto que te corresponde por cada pago lo ves en tu panel.
Socio fundador. Es un nivel para un máximo de 10 afiliados, que HookOrbit elige y asigna. Ganas el 25 % de lo que paga cada suscriptor, impuestos incluidos, con las mismas reglas que el nivel estándar (dólares, conversión de otras monedas, redondeo a centavos y diferencias prorrateadas). Conservas la tasa de fundador mientras sigas activo en el programa. La pierdes, y pasas al nivel estándar, si te expulsamos o si pausamos tu participación por abuso (ver punto 8); no se recupera por volver a estar activo. Para conservar el nivel, necesitas al menos un referido nuevo que pague cada 90 días (contados desde lo más reciente entre: que eres Socio fundador, que aceptaste estos Términos por primera vez y tu último referido nuevo que pagó; las renovaciones no cuentan). Aceptar una versión nueva de estos Términos no reinicia ese plazo. A los 60 días sin ninguno te avisaremos. Si se cumplen los 90, podemos pasarte al nivel estándar: sigues siendo afiliado al 12,5 % y tus comisiones ya generadas no cambian.
A cada pago se le aplica la tasa del nivel que tienes en el momento en que el referido paga. Un cambio de nivel no modifica las comisiones ya generadas. Todo lo demás (estados, confirmación, pagos, mínimo y reglas) es igual en los dos niveles. No pagamos por clics, registros, pruebas gratuitas, compras únicas ni pagos que no se hayan completado. Si cambiamos los precios de HookOrbit, tu porcentaje no cambia: la comisión pasa a ser ese mismo porcentaje del precio nuevo.
HookOrbit Pro gratis. Mientras seas afiliado activo, HookOrbit Pro es gratis para ti; podemos retirarlo avisándote.
Cada comisión nace como pendiente y pasa a confirmada 14 días después del pago si no hubo reembolso. Solo se pagan las comisiones confirmadas. Si un pago se reembolsa o se disputa después de confirmada o pagada la comisión, descontaremos ese importe de tu siguiente pago. Si un referido cancela su suscripción, conservas las comisiones de los pagos que ya hizo; simplemente no habrá más.
Pagamos el día 5 de cada mes el total de comisiones confirmadas hasta el último día del mes anterior, siempre que sume al menos 20 USD; si no, se acumula para el mes siguiente. Pagamos en USD mediante PayPal al correo que indiques en tu panel. Tú asumes las comisiones y la conversión de moneda que PayPal te aplique. Te pediremos el formulario fiscal que te corresponda (W-9 si eres contribuyente de EE. UU.; W-8BEN si no lo eres). Mientras lo que te paguemos en un año calendario no llegue a 1.500 USD, es opcional y te pagamos sin él. Si lo ya pagado en el año, más el pago siguiente, llega a 1.500 USD, no haremos ese pago ni los siguientes hasta recibirlo; lo pendiente se acumula y se paga en el ciclo siguiente a recibirlo. Puedes enviárnoslo antes en cualquier momento. Si un pago no puede entregarse por datos incorrectos, lo reintentaremos en el siguiente ciclo una vez los corrijas. Un saldo negativo por reembolsos no te lo reclamamos: se compensa con comisiones futuras.
Queda prohibido: (a) enviar spam o mensajes no solicitados con tu enlace; (b) prometer o sugerir ingresos, resultados o "hacerse viral" garantizados; (c) pujar por "HookOrbit" o variantes en anuncios de búsqueda o redes, ni usar nuestro nombre en dominios o nombres de usuario que parezcan oficiales; (d) usar tu enlace para tu propia suscripción o la de cuentas que controles, o pagar con el mismo método de pago que usa tu referido; (e) ofrecer reembolsos, cashback o incentivos a cambio de suscribirse con tu enlace; (f) hacerte pasar por HookOrbit o decir que hablas en nuestro nombre; (g) publicar tu enlace donde el contenido infrinja la ley o nuestros Términos de servicio.
Debes indicar de forma clara que puedes recibir una comisión (por ejemplo, "enlace de afiliado" o #ad / #publi), según las normas de tu país y de cada plataforma.
Podemos pausar tus pagos si detectamos reembolsos o contracargos repetidos entre tus referidos, hasta revisarlo, y también pausar tu participación si detectamos un abuso de estos Términos. Si eres socio fundador, pierdes esa tasa (pasas al nivel estándar) si te expulsamos o te pausamos por abuso; una pausa para revisar reembolsos o contracargos no te la quita. Podemos expulsarte del programa y retener las comisiones que consideremos fraudulentas o contrarias a estos Términos, y podemos anular la atribución de cuentas obtenidas de forma indebida. Puedes salir del programa cuando quieras escribiéndonos; te pagaremos lo confirmado en el siguiente ciclo si supera el mínimo.
Eres un afiliado independiente. Nada de esto crea una relación laboral, de agencia, sociedad o exclusividad. Eres responsable de tus impuestos y de las declaraciones que correspondan en tu país. No podemos darte asesoría fiscal.
No te mostramos ni compartimos quiénes son tus referidos: tu panel solo muestra números agregados. Los datos que nos das para pagarte (nombre, país, correo de PayPal, formulario fiscal) se usan solo para pagar y cumplir obligaciones fiscales. Si te presentó un reclutador (una persona que, por invitación nuestra, nos presenta creadores para este programa), ese reclutador verá en su panel tu código de afiliado, cuántos suscriptores activos tienes (el número total, actualizado una vez al día), desde cuándo y hasta cuándo te tiene asignado, y lo que él gana gracias a ti. Nunca verá quiénes son tus referidos, tu correo ni tus datos de cobro. Lo que gana el reclutador lo pagamos nosotros aparte: no se descuenta de tus comisiones. Si quieres saber si tienes un reclutador asignado, escríbenos. Nuestra Política de Privacidad aplica al resto.
Podemos cambiar estos Términos o las condiciones del programa (comisiones, mínimos, fechas) avisándote en tu panel o por correo con al menos 15 días de antelación. Las comisiones ya generadas se pagan con las condiciones vigentes cuando se generaron. Si sigues usando tu enlace después del cambio, aceptas las condiciones nuevas.
El programa se ofrece "tal cual". No garantizamos ingresos, disponibilidad continua ni resultados. Nuestra responsabilidad total hacia ti se limita a las comisiones confirmadas y no pagadas.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Colorado, Estados Unidos. Si hay diferencias entre las versiones en español e inglés, prevalece la inglesa. Contacto: hola@gethookorbit.com.

HookOrbit ("we", operated by Christopher Allan Morales, Colorado, United States) invites selected creators to recommend HookOrbit to their audience in exchange for a commission on each paid subscription they bring. The program is invitation-only: you take part only if we activate your account. By clicking "I accept" in your affiliate dashboard you agree to these Terms; if you don't agree, don't use your link.
We give you a unique link (gethookorbit.com/r/YOURCODE; the gethookorbit.com/?ref=YOURCODE format also works and is the same link). When someone opens it, we store a cookie in their browser for 30 days. If that person creates a HookOrbit account within those 30 days, they are permanently recorded as your referral. If they opened links from several affiliates, the last one counts. An account that already existed before the click can't become your referral.
There are two commission levels: standard and founding partner. Your level is shown in your dashboard. On both, you earn on every subscription payment a referral of yours makes (today, the Pro plan; also the Premium plan once we launch it; monthly or yearly), including renewals, for as long as they keep paying. One-time purchases don't earn a commission, even if a referral of yours makes them: for example, video clip packs or any other credits bought on their own, outside a subscription.
Standard level. You earn 12.5% of what each subscriber pays, taxes included, in US dollars and rounded to the cent, on every monthly or yearly payment. If the subscriber pays in another currency (for example, euros), the 12.5% is calculated on the amount Stripe converts to US dollars at the time of payment. If a referral switches from monthly to yearly, or from one subscription plan to another (for example, from Pro to Premium), and pays a prorated difference, you earn 12.5% of that difference. The exact amount you earn per payment is shown in your dashboard.
Founding partner. This level is for up to 10 affiliates, chosen and assigned by HookOrbit. You earn 25% of what each subscriber pays, taxes included, under the same rules as the standard level (US dollars, conversion of other currencies, rounding to the cent, and prorated differences). You keep the founding rate for as long as you stay active in the program. You lose it, and move to the standard level, if we remove you or pause your participation for abuse (see section 8); it doesn't come back if you become active again. To keep the level, you need at least one new referral who pays every 90 days (counted from the latest of: when you became a Founding partner, when you first accepted these Terms, and your last new referral who paid; renewals don't count). Accepting a new version of these Terms doesn't restart that period. After 60 days without one, we'll let you know. If 90 days go by, we may move you to the standard level: you're still an affiliate at 12.5% and the commissions you've already earned don't change.
Each payment uses the rate of the level you have at the moment the referral pays. A level change doesn't modify commissions already earned. Everything else (states, confirmation, payouts, minimum, and rules) is the same on both levels. We don't pay for clicks, sign-ups, free trials, one-time purchases, or payments that weren't completed. If we change HookOrbit's prices, your percentage doesn't change: the commission becomes that same percentage of the new price.
Free HookOrbit Pro. While you're an active affiliate, HookOrbit Pro is free for you; we may withdraw it with notice.
Each commission starts as pending and becomes confirmed 14 days after the payment if no refund occurred. Only confirmed commissions are paid. If a payment is refunded or disputed after the commission was confirmed or paid, we'll deduct that amount from your next payout. If a referral cancels, you keep the commissions for the payments they already made; there simply won't be more.
We pay on the 5th of each month the total of commissions confirmed up to the last day of the previous month, provided it adds up to at least 20 USD; otherwise it rolls over to the next month. We pay in USD via PayPal to the email you set in your dashboard. You bear any PayPal fees and currency conversion. We'll ask you for the applicable tax form (W-9 if you're a US taxpayer; W-8BEN if you're not). As long as what we pay you in a calendar year stays below 1,500 USD, it's optional and we pay you without it. If what we've already paid you that year, plus the next payout, reaches 1,500 USD, we won't send that payout or any later one until we receive it; the pending amount rolls over and is paid in the cycle after we receive it. You can send it earlier at any time. If a payout can't be delivered because of incorrect details, we'll retry in the next cycle once you fix them. We won't claim a negative balance caused by refunds from you; it's offset against future commissions.
You may not: (a) send spam or unsolicited messages with your link; (b) promise or imply guaranteed income, results, or "going viral"; (c) bid on "HookOrbit" or variations in search or social ads, or use our name in domains or usernames that look official; (d) use your link for your own subscription or for accounts you control, or pay with the same payment method your referral uses; (e) offer rebates, cashback, or incentives in exchange for subscribing through your link; (f) impersonate HookOrbit or claim to speak on our behalf; (g) post your link where the content breaks the law or our Terms of Service.
You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission (for example, "affiliate link" or #ad), as required by the rules in your country and on each platform.
We may pause your payouts if we detect repeated refunds or chargebacks among your referrals, until we review them, and we may also pause your participation if we detect abuse of these Terms. If you're a founding partner, you lose that rate (you move to the standard level) if we remove you or pause you for abuse; a pause to review refunds or chargebacks doesn't take it away. We may remove you from the program and withhold commissions we consider fraudulent or in breach of these Terms, and we may void the attribution of accounts obtained improperly. You can leave the program at any time by writing to us; we'll pay confirmed commissions in the next cycle if they exceed the minimum.
You are an independent affiliate. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership, or exclusivity relationship. You're responsible for your own taxes and filings in your country. We can't provide tax advice.
We don't show or share who your referrals are: your dashboard only shows aggregate numbers. The details you give us to get paid (name, country, PayPal email, tax form) are used only to pay you and meet tax obligations. If you were introduced by a recruiter (a person who, by our invitation, introduces creators to this program), that recruiter will see in their dashboard your affiliate code, how many active subscribers you have (the total number, updated once a day), since when and until when you're assigned to them, and what they earn thanks to you. They'll never see who your referrals are, your email or your payout details. What the recruiter earns is paid by us separately: it isn't deducted from your commissions. If you'd like to know whether you have a recruiter assigned, write to us. Our Privacy Policy applies to everything else.
We may change these Terms or the program conditions (commissions, minimums, dates) by notifying you in your dashboard or by email at least 15 days in advance. Commissions already generated are paid under the conditions in force when they were generated. If you keep using your link after the change, you accept the new conditions.
The program is provided "as is". We don't guarantee income, continuous availability, or results. Our total liability to you is limited to confirmed, unpaid commissions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States. If the Spanish and English versions differ, the English version prevails. Contact: hola@gethookorbit.com.
